As a Cahoot Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. What we’re really looking for in you is a genuine passion for making banking simple, personal and fair for our customers, and the confidence to take ownership and solve problems. We want to make it easier for our customers to do business with us so there will be no more banking jargon and much more straightforward customer-friendly advice.

  • Championing customer service, being the first point of contact and face of Cahoot for all our customer needs

  • Ensuring we do the right thing for our customers and tenacious in putting things right when things do go wrong, dealing with a variety of queries, transactions, helping customers and providing a service that is second to none

  • Supporting with all payments including High Value and High-Risk transactions

  • Building natural rapport and ability to engage in a way that makes our customer feel valued

  • Resolving payment queries, following a common-sense approach and having great conversations

  • Sharing best practise with our colleagues.

What you will bring.

  • The natural ability to treat each customer as an individual and deliver a tailored response

  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve recurring issues without resorting to short-term fixes

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • The confidence to think on your feet and the flexibility to adapt to a wide range of responsibilities

  • A team-based approach to work, and a desire to coach and advise colleagues on best practice and new developments

  • Numerical and computer skills, and the attention to detail needed to succeed in a regulated environment

What else you need to know.

The role will be based in Belfast when we can safely return to the office environment.

Our opening hours 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday between 09:00 – 17:00 with no Sunday working required.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
