Description

The Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition is responsible for assisting recruiters, candidates, and operations team throughout the recruiting and hiring process.  The Recruiting Coordinator is involved in many aspects the hiring process including interview scheduling, career fairs and Human Resources events. S/he . This role will have an emphasis on executing and ensuring quality of administrative services provided to the organization and quality of the resumes, ATS data and filing.

  • Answers client inquiries in a timely manner with the assistance of direct supervisor
  • Assures required new hire paperwork is accurate and sent to File Administration
  • Develops strong working relationships with recruiters and managers
  • May enter requisitions and post jobs internally and externally as requested; keeps accurate and complete requisitions file
  • Generates offer letters and reference checks
  • Orders supplies, generates reports as needed and retrieves data utilizing HCM system
  • Proactively identifies any challenges during recruitment run and offers potential solutions to clients
  • Provides clear communication regarding recruitment status and results to site clients on an ongoing basis
  • Tracks and assures background requirements are met before start

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in HR, business, or related field,or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 0-3 years in HR
  • A demonstrated level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work with diverse range of personalities and express their thoughts concisely/professionally
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite, in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,Demonstrated use of analytical skills both using tools (ex. Excel, Business Objects, etc.) and problem solving/critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work on a team and individually
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Customer service orientation with ability to escalate issues when appropriate
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, mindful of the culture and diversity of the audience
  • Must be able to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Strong learning and inquisitive skill set
  • Strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships
  • Team player mindset, actively take initiative and have a strong work ethic
  • Understands the importance of employment law and compliance, especially how they relate to prospective candidates and interviewing
