As a PMO Analyst you’ll be an important member of our team. It will be down to you to partner with the Digital Unit leads to set, drive and support our strategic direction. You’ll focus on short- and long-term goals, business effects as well as cost efficiency.
You’ll also have the opportunity to manage financial planning and track the realisation of established financial goals. You’ll be a trusted advisor – enabling the group to take the best decision possible by ensuring financial accuracy throughout the global Digital Unit.
What you’ll be doing
� Supporting the process of establishing long-term financial strategies and short-term goals
� Analysing and quantifying results from planned initiatives
� Consolidating financial plans for the different functions, ensuring alignment of priorities and goals.
� Driving a long-term follow-up on financial goals
� Owning and steering budgets and financial planning
� Driving monthly and quarterly follow-ups with key stakeholders to ensure robust and accurate financial forecasts (OPEX & CAPEX) and Profit & Loss
What we’re looking for
� Have excellent analytical skills to analyse complex problems and data.
� Ability to translate strategic ambitions into tactical financial planning and optimised use of resources
� Ability to understand and embrace agile principles and incorporate them into our financial steering towards Lean budgeting
� Experience as a Reporting Analyst with software products or as part of an Agile delivery
� Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience in Agile methodologies
� Strong leadership skills
